Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets or attending any Fire Instenk event.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at events organised by Fire Instenk (Company Registration No. 16917538), based in Brixton, South London, UK. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring all attendees are aware of and agree to these Terms.
Important: No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you can attend before purchasing. Refunds are only issued in the event of a full event cancellation by Fire Instenk. See Section 3 for full details.
1Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By purchasing tickets, attending events, or using any services provided by Fire Instenk (Company Registration No. 16917538), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase tickets or attend our events. These terms apply to all ticket purchases, event attendance, and use of our website.
Changes to Terms
Fire Instenk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services or attendance at our events following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms before each ticket purchase.
2Ticket Purchases
Purchasing Tickets
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Fire Instenk reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per person or per transaction. We reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed these limits without notice.
Pricing & Fees
All ticket prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Booking fees and service charges may apply and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Fire Instenk reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time without notice. The price you pay at the time of purchase is final.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Your ticket purchase is not confirmed until full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to you. Fire Instenk is not responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees applied by your card provider.
Ticket Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your e-ticket(s). Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. Fire Instenk is not responsible for non-delivery of confirmation emails due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters. You are responsible for printing or saving your e-ticket for entry.
Ticket Resale
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. Any ticket found to have been resold above face value may be cancelled without refund. Fire Instenk reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained through unauthorised resale channels. We strongly advise purchasing tickets only through our official website or authorised partners.
3No Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Fire Instenk operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a ticket has been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of personal plans, illness, travel disruptions, work commitments, or any other personal reasons.
Event Cancellation by Fire Instenk
In the unlikely event that Fire Instenk cancels an event entirely, ticket holders will be offered a full refund of the face value of the ticket. Booking fees and service charges are non-refundable in all circumstances. Refunds for cancelled events will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
Event Postponement
If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund of the face value of the ticket within 14 days of the postponement announcement. After this window, tickets will be non-refundable for the rescheduled event.
Partial Events
No refunds will be issued if an event is partially performed or if you are removed from the venue due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or the event's code of conduct. No refunds will be given for any portion of an event not attended due to late arrival.
Exceptional Circumstances
Fire Instenk may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances such as bereavement or serious medical emergencies. Any such requests must be submitted in writing to info@fireinstenk.com with supporting documentation within 7 days of the event. Approval is not guaranteed and is entirely at Fire Instenk's discretion.
4Event Entry Rules
Age Restrictions
Most Fire Instenk events are strictly 18+ unless otherwise stated on the event listing. Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS-accredited ID card) must be presented at the door. Failure to produce valid ID will result in refusal of entry without refund. It is your responsibility to check the age restriction for each event before purchasing.
Doors & Admission
Doors open at the time stated on your ticket. We recommend arriving early to avoid queues. Fire Instenk is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by queuing times. Entry may be refused after a certain time at the venue's discretion. Latecomers may not be admitted during certain performances.
Right of Admission
Fire Instenk and its venue partners reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event at any time without refund. This includes persons who are intoxicated, behaving in a disorderly or threatening manner, or who are in breach of these Terms & Conditions or the venue's code of conduct.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited at all Fire Instenk events: weapons of any kind, illegal substances, professional cameras or recording equipment (unless press-accredited), laser pens, flares or pyrotechnics, glass containers, and any items deemed dangerous by security staff. Prohibited items will be confiscated and will not be returned.
Search Policy
All attendees are subject to search upon entry. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you consent to being searched by security personnel. Refusal to be searched will result in denial of entry without refund. Searches are conducted in accordance with UK law and our venue partners' security policies.
Re-Entry
Re-entry to events is not permitted unless explicitly stated on the event listing. Once you leave the venue, you will not be permitted to re-enter. Fire Instenk accepts no responsibility for any loss or inconvenience caused by this policy.
5Code of Conduct
Expected Behaviour
All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. Fire Instenk is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for everyone. Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behaviour of any kind — including on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, religion, or disability — will not be tolerated.
Removal from Events
Any attendee found to be in breach of our code of conduct may be removed from the event immediately by security staff without refund. Fire Instenk reserves the right to ban individuals from future events. In serious cases, incidents may be reported to the police.
Drugs & Alcohol
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited at all Fire Instenk events. Alcohol is only available for purchase at licensed bars within the venue. Attendees who appear to be excessively intoxicated may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund. Fire Instenk operates a Challenge 25 policy at all bars.
6Photography & Recording
Consent to Photography
By attending a Fire Instenk event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by our professional photographers and videographers. These materials may be used for promotional purposes including our website, social media channels, press releases, and marketing materials without compensation or further consent.
Personal Recording
Personal photography and short video clips for personal use are generally permitted unless otherwise stated. Professional cameras, detachable lenses, and audio recording equipment are not permitted without prior written press accreditation from Fire Instenk. Drone usage is strictly prohibited at all events.
7Liability
Limitation of Liability
Fire Instenk's liability to you in connection with any event or ticket purchase is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including travel costs, accommodation, or loss of earnings. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Personal Property
Fire Instenk and its venue partners accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property at any event. Attendees are advised not to bring valuable items to events. Cloakroom facilities may be available at certain venues at an additional charge.
Health & Safety
Attendees attend events at their own risk. Loud music, strobe lighting, smoke machines, and other effects may be used at events. If you have any medical conditions that may be affected by these, please consult your doctor before attending. Fire Instenk is not liable for any health issues arising from attendance at our events.
Force Majeure
Fire Instenk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government restrictions, pandemic, extreme weather, power failures, or venue closures. In such cases, we will endeavour to reschedule events where possible.
8Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content on the Fire Instenk website and associated materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Fire Instenk or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
Permitted Use
You may view and download content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
9Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
